In the realm of efficient and precise oil burning, the OD Series Waste Oil Nozzle stands as a pinnacle of innovation. Designed for atomizing and burning both light and heavy oils, these nozzles are engineered for optimal performance, catering to a wide array of applications.

Unraveling the Specifications

The OD Series offers versatility with four distinct spraying angles – 30 degrees, 45 degrees, 60 degrees, and 80 degrees. Moreover, these nozzles come in three spraying models: full cone (S), semi-full cone (B), and hollow cone (H), catering to diverse industrial needs. Ranging from 0.5 usgal to 35 usgal, these nozzles cover a broad spectrum of oil-burning capacities.

Craftsmanship and Durability

Crafted with precision, the OD Series boasts a brass body coupled with stainless steel metering parts. This amalgamation of materials allows for machining to exceptionally close tolerances, ensuring consistent, high-performance results. Brass, renowned for its heat conductivity, swiftly dissipates heat from the nozzle face, minimizing varnish and oil residue buildup. Meanwhile, stainless steel provides the durability required for metering parts, especially in high-wear conditions.

Innovation in Design

An ingenious addition to these nozzles is the oil filter net inserted within, ensuring a clog-free operation. This feature not only enhances the longevity of the nozzle but also maintains a smooth, uninterrupted oil flow. In certain regions, these nozzles are affectionately known as “snow making nozzles,” underlining their versatile utility.

Tailored Solutions for Varied Capacities

The OD Series doesn’t just offer a one-size-fits-all solution. Instead, it provides tailored options based on different capacities. Various micro melting copper filters are employed, ensuring the right filtration for specific capacities, ranging from 0.30 to 11.00 us gal/h. For capacities exceeding 12.00 us gal/h, the filter is intentionally omitted, streamlining the operation for larger-scale applications.
