HAPOO offers a solution for cleaning the interior of autoclaves in the medical industry.

Sterilization of medical devices is at the heart of infection prevention and control. The most commonly used sterilization methods are saturated steam, ethylene oxide, hydrogen peroxide and peracetic acid. Sterilization in particular with saturated steam, by flowing or saturated steam (autoclaves), eliminates microorganisms by denaturing their proteins and other biomolecules. Sterilization by autoclave is the most common, less expensive and non-toxic because of its better penetrating power.
A commonly used sterilization temperature is 134°C, 2.1 bar. The minimum exposure time for the device is 5 to 7 minutes.
Solutions such as HAPOO nozzles and cleaning equipment can be very helpful during the regular cleaning cycles of your autoclave.

The customer manufactures washing and sterilization systems in hospitals. They asked to design a system for autoclaving hospital trays.

Our technical department has developed an autoclave internal cleaning system consisting of three nozzles and cleaning nozzles.
The first line consists of two wash nozzles located at the top of the autoclave.
The second line consists of 41 UBF rotary wash nozzles, with 15 on the right, 15 on the left and 11 on the top.
Finally, 12 full cone D nozzles are located at the bottom of the autoclave.

full cone nozzle with wide passage X-vanes offers a full choice of spray angles, capacities ranging from 1.18 and 1.420 l/min and connections from 1/8″ to 4″.

tank washing devices’s rotary head allows for a very even water distribution, assuring optimum surface coverage. They assure therefore very short washing cycles, using lower quantities of water, with a definite advantage in those applications where recycled water is not allowed as a washing medium, and the volumes sent to disposal must be kept to a minimum.

range heads have been designed as small dimensions devices to be operated through small openings and perform such processes as the inside cleaning of any other container where standard tank washing devices cannot be used
